Pochettino leaves PSG as a new manager is being appointed

Mauricio Pochettino has left Paris Saint-Germain and Nice boss Christophe Galtier has been appointed as his successor on a two-year deal.
Pochettino has part ways with PSG despite leading them to the French title, winning by 15 points - the largest margin of a title-winning team in the top 5 leagues.
Pochettino was able to guide PSG to the champions league semi-finals the previous season, becoming only the second manager in the club's history to achieve such under the current ownership, but they were knocked out by Manchester City.
Galtier led Lille to the Ligue 1 title in 2020/2021 season before joining Nice, who went on to secure a fifth-place finish under him in the French top flight last season.
