Everton have confirmed the signing of James Tarkowski on a free transfer as he becomes Frank Lampard's first signing of the summer. The former Burnley man joins on a four year deal. Tarkowski departed Burnley after six years at Turf Moor, having played 194 Premier League games for the Clarets.

Mohamed Salah will remain at the club till 2025 as he hopes to continue winning trophies with Jurgen Klopp. Salah was linked with clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid after contract renewal talks initially broke down with Liverpool. However, the forward has reiterated his commitment to the club’s project. “I feel great and [I am] excited to win trophies with the club. It’s a happy day for everyone.” Salah said after signing his new deal with The Reds.

West Ham United have opened talks to sign former Manchester United attacker Jesse Lingard on a free transfer. Lingard, 29, enjoyed an excellent loan spell at West Ham during the latter half of 2020-21. Unfortunately for him, he could not capitalise on his good form after returning to Manchester United last season. He only managed to score two goals across 22 appearances, predominantly featuring as a substitute.
